Cincinnati Public Schools is launching a pilot project of new bus tracker app to parents of yellow bus riders at your school.
The My Stop app provides real-time information to parents about the estimated time of arrival to their stop and sends notifications about late buses. The application does not provide identifying information about your child to a third party, but it will give parents the ability to know when your child's bus will arrive at the designated stop.
CPS will rollout My Stop starting Tuesday, November 12, at five schools: Clifton Area Neighborhood School, Evanston, Hyde Park, Sands Montessori and Spencer Center for Gifted and Exceptional Students.
By the end of the 2019-20 school year, all CPS elementaries will utilize My Stop.
Your child received their account information in a backpack letter from school. If you need your child’s account information, please contact the Pupil Transportation Office at (513) 363-RIDE.
To access My Stop, parents should use the login.
Step-by-step download instructions:
- Download the "Versatrans My Stop" app from the iPhone App Store or Google Play.
- Allow notifications from "Tyler Technologies LLC" (that's the app publisher.)
- Select "Cincinnati Public Schools" from the list of available school districts.
- Use the account information in their child’s letter to log in.
If you have more than one child attending the school all of your children should be linked to this account; if not, please contact our ITM Help Desk to have your children linked under one account.
As CPS continues to phase-in and test this new application, there may be some challenges, and we may make updates.
